There are many ways to describe the source of the struggle we often face in our longing to create joyful and fulfilling experiences in our relationships, our work and our life.
They all have a common thread…
We often invest our life force to pursue either unfulfillable goals or on wrong paths being unaware of our real needs or having no idea as how to address them.
Each one of us sometimes invests our energy creating “goals” for ourselves having accepted ideas of who we are and what must be important to us from sources of information (parents, school, TV, culture) who look at us without seeing us.
In this workshop, we will create space together to support each participant to see more clearly, what is truly important:
- to identify false needs, the pursuit of which has often created a sense of futility and encouraged a sense of unworthiness
- to identify and embrace the real needs underneath all these misconceptions
- to allow yourself to recognize the true power and inner strength, which can help you commit to the importance of your real needs.
